William has practiced immigration law exclusively for nearly a decade. Because he devotes all of his efforts to this highly technical field of law, William is competent in most immigration areas. He practices employment-based immigration with a focus on EB-5 investor visas. In this fascinating area of practice, William has worked primarily with citizens of China and Taiwan. In addition, William practices family-based immigration, including: adjustment of status, consular processing, Violence Against Women’s Act, naturalization, and removal of conditions on residence. William has a deep interest in the law of asylum, both affirmative applications with USCIS and defensive applications in immigration court. He also does deportation defense in immigration court as well as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
William has an office in Century Park Plaza in Los Angeles.
William earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. He is licensed in Colorado and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association.
