Tim has almost a decade’s worth of experience as a contract attorney at firms like O’Melveny & Myers and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. Much of his experience is in document review, where he is well known for his ability to review large numbers of documents accurately and quickly. He often is retained to assist with privilege review, where he has substantial experience.  In addition to his extensive document review experience, Tim also has experience writing motions, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and has appeared in court to argue motions.

Tim is a self-taught programmer and is happy to assist in cases with a technological component. He also has worked in health care litigation, defended product liability suits, and has assisted in a variety of general business litigation matters. Many of Tim’s cases have been very large, news making cases—he assisted a large team in representing such clients as Mattel, the University of Southern California, General Mills, Skechers, Time Warner, CitiBank, and other prominent clients.

Tim graduated from USC’s Gould School of Law in 2003 where he worked on USC’s Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He began his career as a healthcare litigator before he transitioned to working as a contract attorney. He is not available to work on Sundays, but is happy to work long hours Monday through Saturday.

He lives in the Century City/West Los Angeles area.
