Jesse graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Jesse served as President of the Business Law Society and was voted the third year class representative.

Jesse has been a member of the California bar since 2007 and the Texas bar since 2014. His practice focuses on all genres of civil litigation with a special emphasis on business litigation. Jesse is an exceptional researcher and a talented writer versed in motion work and discovery. His experience litigating business agreements and his broad knowledge of case law scrutinizing contract gives him special insight when drafting a broad array of business agreements.

He understands the challenges that busy lawyers and law firms face and has over ten years of experience helping high level attorneys maintain elite work product and standards of professionalism.

As an undergraduate student Jesse knew he wanted to become a writer and work remotely. In 2009 Jesse made the transition from working in a law office to a remote workplace and has been practicing in a remote capacity ever since. The work he does and the role he fills is part of a deliberate plan that was years in the making. In other words, Jesse was made for this which is reflected in his work product.

In his personal life Jesse is a husband and father of three who enjoys being in the water. He swam varsity in high school and was on the college surf team at the University of San Diego.
