Contracts, Entity Formation, Litigation, Medical Marijuana Law, Business Law, Licensing, Mediation, Negotiation

Megan graduated Cum Laude and Order of the Quill from Arizona Summit Law School where she was a Team Leader on the school’s Law Review and helped to found one of the largest student organizations on campus.  Additionally, she interned with the Veterans’ Court at the Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix and The Institute for Justice in Tempe.

After law school, Megan worked for a small boutique firm in Phoenix that focused on business law, including entity formation, mediation, litigation, licensing, and securities.  She drafted numerous briefs, memoranda, motions, settlement documents, client letters, discovery requests, and other legal documents.  During her time with the firm, she successfully drafted motions that secured unprecedented and celebrated victories for her clients in the medical marijuana industry.

She currently owns her own business consulting firm that helps young entrepreneurs who are hungry for success but starved for experience.

Prior to law school, Megan worked as the Business Manager for a software development company, the Deputy Director for a state-wide initiative, and a lobbyist for the Arizona Department of Veterans Services.  Megan’s professional experience and her attention to detail make her adept at document review, while her clean writing and detailed analysis make her excellent at drafting well-written legal documents.

When she’s not working, Megan loves kayaking, camping, and granting wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
