Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and in 2003, he received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School. After graduation, Tim served as a law clerk for two New Jersey Criminal Court judges as well as a U.S. Magistrate in U.S. District Court and then litigated for a short period in Pennsylvania.

Tim changed his focus to tax issues in 2007 when he began working in Public Accounting. He has worked on sophisticated tax issues across a wide spectrum: International, State and Local, Individual Federal, and Corporate tax issues at national public accounting firms, including Deloitte. Tim now manages a tax practice in Northern Virginia providing planning and compliance services to high net worth individuals.
